When it came to signing a new kicker for the upcoming 2019 NFL season, it appears as though the Chicago Bears decided to take the ironic route.
Last year, with a spot in the NFC Divisional Round on the line, Cody Parkey totally blew it by double-doinking his 43-yard game-winning field-goal attempt.
Parkey has since been released by the Bears, leaving them with a vacancy at the position that they have since filled with…drumroll please…
