The Chicago Bears wasted little time making the first big move of free agency.
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter and NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Bears have signed inside linebacker T.J. Edwards to a three-year deal.
His deal is for $19 million total and will also see him get $12 million of it guaranteed.
Last year, Edwards helped the Eagles get to Super Bowl LV.
In 2022, Edwards appeared in all 17 games for the Eagles and recorded 159 total tackles, 10 tackles for loss, two sacks, one fumble recovery and seven pass deflections.
