Jaiden Fields, the sister of Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields, has joined wrestling promotion WWE as part of their Next In Line (NIL) program.
The company named 15 new members to the program this Thursday, with one of them being Jaiden, who plays softball for Georgia. The female athlete also took to Instagram to announce the new partnership.
“SUPER EXCITED to be joining the @wwe family as part of the #NextInLine program!!” she wrote as the caption to a photo in which she’s shown wearing WWE gear. “Could y’all picture me in the ring lol?? #WWENIL @wwerecruit.”
Other notable WWE NIL recruits include Greg Kerkvliet, a two-time NCAA All-American wrestler from Penn State University, four-time NCAA National Champion thrower Turner Washington from Arizona State, and Alia Armstrong, a champion NCAA hurdler at Louisiana State University.
Jaiden is a redshirt senior at Georgia, having made 55 appearances and 51 starts as a junior.
WWE has signed 46 athletes to its NIL program since launching it in 2021, including wrestling star Gable Steveson, who is now signed to the Raw brand but has yet to debut.
