Bourbon Street In New Orleans Reopens Back Up To The Public
Investigators believe the driver who barreled through a crowd of New Year’s Day partiers in New Orleans acted alone.
Because of that, they felt as if the public would be safe to return to Bourbon Street.
It was reopened to the public on Thursday at noon after at least 14 people were killed, plus the shooter.
The reopening came hours before the AllState Sugar Bowl’s 3 p.m. kickoff at Caesars Super Dome.
