The odd situation between Chandler Jones and the Raiders does not appear to be any closer to a resolution.
Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Chandler Jones continues to fall off the deep end in his never-ending saga of exposing people.
This time around, he has involved Larry Fitzgerald, by releasing some text messages on his Instagram story. Jones states in a separate post that he feels like Fitzgerald is a huge reason why he is not playing football right now.
He also states that he is sending his daughter to take his things as well as being the target of a restraining order by his baby’s mother.
Jones has taken to social media to make a series of statements which shed a new and much more serious light on why he has not been involved recently for the Raiders. He has previously criticized both head coach Josh McDaniels, general manager Dave Ziegler, and owner Mark Davis.
His explosive revelations on X have caused quite a stir and some very serious questions are going to need to be asked and answered. As of now, it does not seem like reporters are asking much about Jones’ absence and they may be done by design.

The 33-year-old is entering the second season of his three-year, $51 million free-agent contract with the Raiders.
Josh McDaniels said previously that Jones’ situation was a “personal situation … a private matter” he would not discuss with the media. “We’ve never really gone into those kind of things, so I’m going to steer away from that,” McDaniels said at the time.
The Raiders have declined to comment publicly about the issues with Jones. He remains on their 53-player roster.
Jones had just 4.5 sacks last year, coming off a Pro Bowl campaign in 2021 in which he’d compiled 10.5 sacks. The 33-year-old Jones is entering his 12th NFL season.
