Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels said on Wednesday that defensive end Chandler Jones is currently not at the team’s facility and fans are well aware because of his constant updates on Instagram.
Las Vegas Raiders starting defensive end Chandler Jones is away from the team and posting disturbing things that have fans praying for him.
Chandler Jones posted a series of uncharacteristic messages claiming that the Raiders sent a Crisis Response Team to his house.
“Raiders sent her to my place said…you need to come with us ‘you’re in danger,”” he wrote.
He said Dr. Heather Thanepohn, who is the clinical program manager of the CRT, told him he needed to come with them because he was “in danger.”
Many fans noticed that the badge appears to have expired in 2021.

Jones also shared screenshots he said are texts from August with McDaniels that suggest the issues between him and the team have been going on for some time.
The Raiders still list Jones as a starter on their depth chart, but it remains unclear if he will play Week One or at all given his current behavior. There may be reason for concern about Jones’ well-being and fans just want him to be okay.
Jones signed a three-year, $51 million contract with the Raiders in March 2022. He recorded just 38 tackles and 4.5 sacks last year in what was the worst full season of his career.
Because of his play, the Raiders selected defensive end Tyree Wilson with the No. 7 pick in April’s draft in what could be seen as a move to replace Jones over the long term.
The four-time Pro Bowler has recorded 112 sacks over the course of his career, ranking third among all active players.
