The downfall of Chandler Jones continued this week when the Las Vegas Raiders defensive end found himself being arrested by Vegas police for violating a protective order.
More from TMZ:
“The 33-year-old All-Pro was booked into Clark County Detention Center in Nevada around midnight … where Jones still remains behind bars.
The exact details surrounding the arrest are currently unclear, but our sources tell us Chandler violated a protective order, so cops responded and arrested him.”
Law enforcement stated he was entirely cooperative during the arrest.
Jones has made a string of disturbing social media posts over the last two months.
His arrest comes one day after he posted a concerning video via Instagram Live that ended with him crying and talking about Raiders coach Josh McDaniels and former Patriots teammate Aaron Hernandez, who took his own life in prison after being convicted of murder.

Jones has gone on a series of rants both on X and Instagram in recent weeks while he has been away from the Raiders. It started with him not having access to the team gym and morphed into a breakdown of his mental health.
Most recently, Jones claimed he was forced into a mental hospital and injected with an unknown substance by the Las Vegas Fire Department.
The four-time Pro Bowl selection signed a three-year, $51 million contract with the Raiders last year.
