Sunday is going to be quite weird as the Cincinnati Bengals are playing under strange circumstances Sunday vs. the Ravens thanks to the NFL’s modified playoff rules. A simple win would lock the Bengals into hosting a playoff game, but a loss to the Ravens would bring a coin flip between Baltimore and Cincinnati to decide who hosts a game.
One former star of the team has a great suggestion for the team when they score a touchdown. Chad Johnson said on Twitter the team should mimic a coin flip every time the offense scores a touchdown.
“Dear Bengals players, if you love me the way I love you guys when you score tomorrow someone has to flip a coin as their celebration and call tails,” he said.
Johnson was known for his creative touchdown celebrations during his prime in the NFL. If he was out there on Sunday, he would most certainly pull out that coin flip celebration.
The NFL suspended its usual rule of having a higher winning percentage determine the host of the Bengals-Ravens game. That decision did not thrill many members of the Bengals.
Bengals can avoid all of this by simply defeating a Ravens team that is without Lamar Jackson.
