CeeDee Lamb was not happy with his usage during the Cowboys’ showdown with the Dolphins on Sunday.
The Dolphins escaped with a 22-20 win, snatching the victory with a late field goal.
The star wide receiver had an explosive start to the game, registering 100 yards and a touchdown in the first quarter. But he was hardly targeted for the remaining three periods.
Lamb was understandably upset over his involvement and called the team out over it, stating that they should have stuck to him throughout the contest.
“They weren’t doing anything,” he said of Miami’s defense. “I feel like if I’m gonna be involved, keep me involved. It was weird, that second and third quarter. Very weird.”
“Started off the game hot. I went absent. That’s why it was weird.”

Lamb made just one catch the rest of the game, though Mike McDaniel’s defensive schemes are likely to have had an impact on how things panned out for the wide receiver.
The Cowboys are now 10-5 on the back of the loss and have a crucial matchup against the Detroit Lions this coming Saturday. The Lions have already clinched their division and could really sour things for Dallas in the NFC, given they have already dropped to fifth in the conference.
