Last summer, Carson Wentz slimmed down before training camp with the hope that the lean muscle mass could translate into a quicker quarterback outside the pocket.
It appeared to work as he played all 16 regular season games while leading the team to a division title, but he ended up getting injured in the first playoff game and never returned.
Wentz arrived at training camp on Monday and the franchise quarterback looks to have bulked up.
Injuries have been a concern for Wentz, who missed a total of eight regular-season games from 2017-2018.
Despite Philadelphia’s injury woes at wide receiver in 2019, Wentz finished with 4,039 yards, 27 touchdowns, and seven interceptions.
