Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray is laughing all the way to the bank as he’s just secured a partnership with the video game ‘Call of Duty’ in the buildup to the franchise’s ‘Black Ops 6’ later this month.
Murray has long been a subject of jokes following his lack of dedication while away from the field, which prompted a reported “homework” clause in his deal. Murray’s $230.5 million contract is said to have briefly required him to study film and spend a certain amount of hours working on his game in his spare time.
Social media detectives said they had evidence showing how Murray’s performances dropped during the weekends when ‘COD’ handed gamers double or triple XP, or whenever a new game was released.
