The Dallas Cowboys headed West to take on the Arizona Cardinals this weekend in what many thought was going to be a lopsided win for the Cowboys. Dallas entered the game undefeated at 2-0 while Arizona was still looking for their first win of the season.
The oddsmakers had the Cowboys has huge 12.5 point favorites, however, the Cardinals came out flying taking an early first quarter lead that they would never surrender as they would lead the game wire-to-wire. Arizona shocked the football world with a rather comfortable 28-16 victory.
During the game, cameras caught Cardinals linebacker Kyzir White having a colorful back-and-forth conversation with Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, where White appears to have called Dak a “bum.”
The Cowboys did have a slim chance for a comeback near the end of the game, but it was White who intercepted a Prescott pass in the end zone to seemingly end the game for the biggest upset of the NFL season so far.
Dallas will try to get back into the win column next week when they host the New England Patriots who are coming off their first win of the season, while the Cardinals have another stern test when they travel to San Francisco to take on the undefeated 49ers.
