Cameras caught something concerning about Jalen Hurts’ knee injury that bears watching throughout the NFC Championship Game today.
Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles are hosting the NFC East rival Washington Commanders at Lincoln Financial Field in the NFC title game. The 26-year-old quarterback is nursing a knee injury that he suffered in the Divisional Round win over the Los Angeles Rams.
It looks like Hurts still isn’t 100 percent for today’s marquee showdown, as Steve Wyche of NFL Network shared an image of Hurts wearing a knee brace on his left knee during warmups:

Playing in snowy conditions, Hurts was 15-of-20 for 128 passing yards against the Rams. Philly rode the Saquon Barkley-led ground game to victory over LA, with 285 rushing yards and three scores on 34 carries.
Jalen Hurts & Eagles Look To Continue Redemption Tour
The Eagles dropped a heartbreaker to the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 58 two years ago. A year later, they proceeded to lose six of their final seven games (including the postseason) and missed out on a return to the big dance following a 10-1 start.
Just about everything has gone right for the Eagles in 2024, though. Now we wait and see if they can punch a ticket to the Super Bowl for the second time in three years.
