Heckling New York Giants fans were put in their place after trash-talking Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman following Sunday’s game.
Rashod Bateman and the Ravens cruised to an easy 35-14 road win over the unraveling Giants at MetLife Stadium. Bateman led Baltimore with 80 receiving yards on three receptions, two of which were touchdowns. Quarterback Lamar Jackson had five passing TDs in the blowout victory.
As Bateman was preparing to leave the stadium on the Ravens’ team bus, some heckling Giants fans told him to “get on that bus.” A Giants fan even told Bateman that the Ravens “suck”, which is ironic considering they own football’s worst record at 2-12.
Calm and composed, Rashod Bateman went over and told the hecklers, “You like the Giants, bro. You like the Giants.” When a fan asked Bateman where his ring was, the fourth-year wideout again said, “You like the Giants.”

A Giants fan made the mistake of telling Bateman that his team won Super Bowls in 2008 and 2012 (the 2007 and 2011 seasons). But when Bateman told the fan to look up the last time the Ravens won (they did in the 2012 season), the heckler refused to answer the question.

Rashod Bateman Wins This One
Bateman was just a teenager when the Ravens won the Super Bowl in the 2012 season, but that’s more recent than the Giants’ last title. And while Baltimore remains a consistent Super Bowl contender, the Giants have sunk to complete irrelevance since their Super Bowl 46 victory.
While the Giants are competing for the NFL’s first-overall pick, Bateman’s Ravens are competing for a Super Bowl. So yeah, he was the easy winner here.
