Emmanuel Acho had his FS1 coworkers struggling to keep their composure after making a certain comment on television this Monday.
The former NFL linebacker made his first appearance on the day following a bombshell of a lawsuit filed on Friday and reported on this past Sunday.
While Acho was not accused of any wrongdoing in the suit, with Skip Bayless, Joy Taylor, and Charlie Dixon among parties mentioned, it did name him as someone who slept with Taylor to help move her career along.
He returned to work on Monday, doing his part for FS1 as he would normally, and didn’t mention the 42-page document.
At one point, he uttered the words “take the top off” while speaking about the Detroit Lions, getting an “Ahem” out of colleague LeSean McCoy.

Emmanuel Acho’s Alleged Relationship With Joy Taylor Wasn’t A Secret
Since news of the suit came out, a few people, including Jason Whitlock and Marcellus Wiley, have implied that the relationship between Emmanuel and Joy was common knowledge around FOX.
Whitlock claimed to have also heard about Joy’s affair with Dixon, a network executive, but Wiley admitted he never heard anything about it, though a lot of things now make sense now that it’s out there.
Acho also suspiciously deleted a video from his social media in which he was heard praising and congratulating Taylor for landing a role on a show. Neither of them has addressed the claims made in the lawsuit so far.
