Cam Newton wants his vehicle back.
The former Carolina Panthers and New England Patriots standout is caught up in a legal tussle with his ex-girlfriend and mother of his four children, Shakia ‘Kia’ Proctor.
He is reportedly demanding the return of his 2017 Bentley Bentayga, as per court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
The lawsuit claims that he allowed Proctor to use the Bentley while they were in a romantic relationship. But despite the breakup, she’s holding onto the car and refusing to give it back now that he has moved on.
According to Newton, he bought the Bentley in 2018 and it is registered in his name. He says he let Proctor use it with the understanding that she’d return it if they ever broke up. Well, the breakup happened but the Bentley is still in her possession.
Proctor moved out of Newton’s residence in 2019 and he even allowed her to use the car to move her belongings. However, she never returned it. She refuses to acknowledge his ownership and right to possess the vehicle, hence the need for the lawsuit.

Newton and Proctor were together from 2013 to 2019 and share four kids. The breakup between them happened around the same time Newton had a child with Instagram model La Reina Shaw.
This isn’t the first legal battle between the exes as Proctor once claimed that Newton hadn’t paid the agreed-upon utilities for her home, leading to a court order for him to pay $14,268 per month in support and cover various bills.
With so many kids involved, these could continue to get ugly on both sides.
