Cam Newton has been seen for the first time since agreeing to a one-year contract with the New England Patriots.
Newton, who was cut by the Carolina Panthers in March, was spotted in Los Angeles and being asked questions as he ventures into the next phase of his career.
The 31-year-old QB was rocking a plaid shirt with pink pants and a pink sweater around his neck. As you can see, Cam didn’t have very much to say to the guy that tried unsuccessfully to get any answers out of Newton.
Newton’s contract with the Patriots is reportedly worth up to $7.5 million.
Newton won the MVP award in 2015 and led the Panthers to a Super Bowl appearance that same season, however the Auburn alum has been dealing with injuries in the last two years, including missing 14 games in 2019 because of an injured foot.

I would put him at the top of the list. I’m not saying the other guys aren’t a problem, because they are. But he’s maybe public enemy No. 1.”
