Cam Newton continues to make his mark in his first game back as the starting quarterback of the Carolina Panthers.
After throwing for a touchdown on his first play back at Bank of America Stadium, Cam Newton wanted to give the fans what they wanted. So he decided to tuck the ball and run it in himself from 24-yards out on a first down play.
After rushing for the second quarter touchdown, Newton promptly ran to midfield, placed the ball down and did the superman celebration.
Newton now has a passing AND rushing touchdown on the day. However, the Washington Football Team is not making things easy on him and the Panthers, as they currently hold a 21-14 lead early in the second half.
