Cam Newton is not happy.
On Monday, the Carolina Panthers announced that they gave Newton’s agent permission to seek a trade. On the surface, things seemed to be on good terms between the two sides, but that would soon change.
The soon-to-be former Panthers QB took to Instagram and blasted the organization for forcing him into this situation.
Cam was reduced to just playing 2 games last season before he ultimately had to shut it down and have surgery to come back 100%.
It looks like his return won’t be in Carolina.
Newton enters 2020 with 29,041 career passing yards and 182 touchdown passes. He will be 31-years-old in May.
