Caleb Farley is in the midst of trying to get ready for the 2023 season, but he has major issues after his $3 million home suddenly exploded this week.
According to reports, one person died after that home in Mooresville, North Carolina collapsed. Queen City News said neighbors smelled gas and heard a loud explosion just after midnight.
Another person was injured in the event. Both are said to be males. The injured person was seen exiting the property as the first emergency crews arrived at the scene. He was transported to Atrium Health CMC with non-life-threatening injuries.
The deceased person was recovered as crews were searching the debris.

Farley was said to be on the scene with his family.
The 6,391 square-foot, natural-gas home was listed for just over $2 million in 2022 and was built in 2016, records showed.
Farley is a cornerback for the Tennessee Titans and played college football at Virginia Tech before he was drafted by the Titans in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
