The Buffalo Bills have learned a lot about playing against Bill Belichick all of those years.
The Bills are making a curious signing of a quarterback just four days before their matchup against the Baltimore Ravens in the divisional round of the playoffs.
On Wednesday, the Bills signed former Ravens quarterback Anthony Brown to their practice squad.

– Signed QB Anthony Brown to the practice squad.
– Released DT Eli Ankou from the practice squad.
This move is notable because it could play into Buffalo’s game plan.
Brown is also a quarterback who can both pass and run, and he might be used on the scout team to further prepare the Bills for playing against Lamar Jackson.
Brown joined the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon in 2022, and he also saw some action during the regular season.

He made his regular-season debut during a game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 14 of the 2022 season. This came about after Tyler Huntley suffered a concussion, as Jackson was already out due to injury.
He completed three of five passes for 16 yards and took a sack.
Brown then started the regular-season finale against the Cincinnati Bengals and put in much more work. He completed just 19 of 44 passes for 286 yards, two interceptions, and a fumble.
