An unidentified football fan who was naked and “covered in human excrement” was discovered in a construction site hole near the Buffalo Bills stadium as they had their home opener.
The extent of his injuries was a cut on his forehead, according to reports.
The man was charged after he allegedly jumped a fence while under the influence of multiple drugs and alcohol. He was allegedly under the influence of cocaine, LSD, and marijuana. He was reportedly running away from security personnel and into the area where the new stadium is being built.
WKBW’s Kristen Mirand was at a press conference that provided more details and stated the man in question was “found naked and covered in chemicals from a porta potty” in a hole 30 to 40 feet deep before he was taken for treatment at Buffalo General Medical Center.

“When you’re taking LSD, cocaine, and marijuana, you’re going to not read the signs. You’re not going to read anything,” said Erie County Sheriff John Garcia. “You wouldn’t be in a porta potty jumping inside it, covered yourself with human excrement, you wouldn’t be doing that. This is a very isolated issue.”
“Nobody else was injured nobody else made it onto this site,” Sheriff Garcia said. “We always try to stay four, five plays ahead because our job is to try to prevent incidents like that to occur but when someone takes LSD, cocaine, and marijuana and they’re drinking, from running into traffic to scaling a 10-foot fence, we can’t prevent everything.”
He was eventually charged with “criminal trespass” and was released on an appearance ticket.
“He scaled that fence right up, jump over the other side, and next thing you know, he’s running toward the pit. By the time ECC security got behind him now this individual is falling, tumbling down into the pit. It happened so quickly, it’s a large site. You can’t have people every 6 feet. You never anticipate something like this to happen. We’re going to look at it and get better and work with our partners and give them some advice on getting better.”
A lot of people were on their worst behavior that day as a man was charged with harassment for attempting to fight other people. Eight fans were ejected from the game.
Unfortunately for him and several others, they were not able to see their favorite team defeat the Las Vegas Raiders, 38-10, to move to 1-1 in the new season. Josh Allen shredded the Raiders defense for 274 yards and three touchdowns.
