The Buffalo Bills’ offense is already dangerous enough, with the likes of Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs and even the emerging Gabriel Davis. But it appears as though Sean McDermott and company may not be content with maintaining the status quo.
According to the Athletic’s Michael Sean-Duger, the Bills could use their first round pick in the upcoming 2022 NFL Draft (25th overall) to acquire an already established star wide receiver.
Via The Athletic:
“Seattle would have no problem finding someone willing to give up a first-round pick — perhaps an early one — for the right to acquire Metcalf and sign him to an extension that pays him like one of the best players at his position (about $22 million per year.”
The Seattle Seahawks are already expected to lose Russell Wilson — and the Denver Broncos have come up as a possible suitor recently:
If the Seahawks do sell off Wilson for a bunch of picks, they could go for a full-scale rebuild and trade off Metcalf for a few more darts in the 2022 draft.

It’s pretty crazy to imagine that we could be seeing Allen, Diggs and DK Metcalf all in the same offense. After back-to-back disappointing losses to the Kansas City Chiefs in the postseason, you have to think they’re ready to do whatever it takes to finally get over that hump and reach another Super Bowl
Adding a guy like Metcalf could be the final piece to get them there.
