This is some classic Buffalo Bills right here.
With the game seemingly wrapped up after a huge goal line stop, all the Bills had to do was run a few plays to run out the clock. But they couldn’t even do that, as Josh Allen botched the snap and the Vikings recovered the ball in the end zone for the go-ahead touchdown with less than a minute remaining.
The Bills had just stopped Minnesota at the goal line. With only one timeout remaining for the Vikings, all the Bills had to do was run a couple of rushing plays to get out of their end zone and it was game over.
Instead, the Vikings recovered the fumble for the 30-27 lead. The good news, however, is that Josh Allen was able to somewhat atone for his mistake by leading the Bills down the field for the game-tying field-goal.
We are now headed to overtime.
