Buccaneers QB Tom Brady hasn’t been happy with his team’s fortunes this season as they currently sit under .500 but have been fortunate to play in such a terrible division that they still remain in first place.
Last week, 49ers defensive back Dre Greenlaw intercepted Brady during San Francisco’s 35-7 rout of Tampa Bay and he actually stayed to give him an autograph of that ball.
During that game, footage showed him yelling at his teammates to fight harder unless they wanted to quit.
“Come on we gotta fight. Let’s fight harder!”
Brady started to walk away, but then he came back and yelled, “Hey, it ain’t that hard for us to fight harder…Unless we wanna quit, if you wanna quit, let’s go the fuck in.”
Judging by the margin of victory by the 49ers, it seems the players did quit in that game. In the blowout, Brady could only muster 253 yards and one touchdown. He also threw two interceptions.
