The Buccaneers tried to pull a fast one on the Seahawks on Sunday in Germany, but the end result was truly embarrassing Tom Brady.
While leading the game 14-3, the Bucs reached down into their playbook as they lined up in Wildcat formation and running back Leonard Fournette took a shotgun snap and pretend to break right before throwing left in the direction of Tom Brady.
The pass was underthrown and Brady slipped and fell. he would then catch a penalty for tripping Seattle cornerback Tariq Woolen who easily intercepted the football.
Fortunately for Brady and company, the turnover didn’t come back to bite them as Geno Smith fumbled the ball away after he was sacked by Devin White.
After the game, Brady jumped on Twitter to joke about the situation.
“If I don’t slip that’s Randy over the top for 6,” Brady tweeted.
