Bruce Arians doesn’t have any ill will towards Antonio Brown. Despite Brown walking off the field in the middle of the game, he really hopes that the wide receiver and can find the help that he needs off the field.
On Sunday, Brown could be seen enraged on the sidelines so he proceeded to remove his uniform, toss his glove into the stands and then head out to the locker room as his team was on offense. After the game the head coach made it clear that he was no longer part of the team.
Arians wished him well and admitted that he still really cares for him despite not being on the team anymore.
“Wish him well, I hope if he needs help, get some. It’s very hard because I do care about him,” Arians said.
NFL reporter Ian Rapoport added that Arians wanted Brown to go back into the game since he believed he was healthy enough to do so. Brown, meanwhile, didn’t believe he was healthy and refused to go back in. That allegedly led to him being cut right there on the sidelines.
