Bruce Arians never wavers from an opportunity to throw his players under the bus.
Cooper Kupp won the receiving triple-crown this season, leading the NFL in receptions, yards and touchdowns. Yet, the Buccaneers decided to leave him wide open when Matthew Stafford uncorked a rocket down the field that found him
He caught the ball on the 10-yard line, setting up a game-winning Matt Gay field goal.
Arians told reporters after the game that the Bucs called an all-out blitz, but some players failed to execute properly.
“Some guys didn’t blitz,” Arians said. “I don’t know if we didn’t get the call, but it was an all-out blitz and we should have gotten a ton of pressure.”
