“Tom Brady!” Young shouted. “Tom Brady, I’m coming! I want Tom! I want Tom.”
Those were the words Chase Young uttered as he made his way off the field after the Washington Football qualified for the playoffs as they got ready to face the Bucs.
Bruce Arians is heading to the NFC Championship game with the Buccaneers, but decided to throw shade at Chase Young in his press conference immediately following Tampa Bay’s win over New Orleans on Sunday night.
Arians was asked to discuss the impressive turnover that rookie safety Antoine Winfield Jr. created by stripping Saints tight end Jared Cook in the NFC Divisional Round matchup.
Arians elected to use part of his answer to call out Young.
“Can’t say enough about him,” he said about Winfield Jr. “To me, he’s the Defensive Rookie of the Year. Seven-and-a-half sacks isn’t anything to what he’s done.”

In the end, none of this really matters all that much. Arians and the Bucs are one step away from the Super Bowl while Young is still going to be named Defensive Rookie of the Year.
