If Antonio Brown is going to be on a team in 2020, it’s definitely not going to be on the Tampa Bay Bucs.
The free agent and controversial WR has stated multiple times that he wants to play with Tom Brady again, but Buccaneers HC Bruce Arians made it clear that it would not be an option now or in the futre.
He made those comments during an interview with Tiki Barber and Brandon Tierney that “it’s not gonna happen.”
“Yea, it’s not gonna happen. There’s no room. It’s just not gonna happen. It’s just not a fit here. I just know him and it’s not a fit in our locker room,” Arians said. “…I just know him and it’s not a fit in our locker room.”
Earlier, Brown had an answered a question on his Instagram story that he would want to sign with the Bucs, but clearly the feeling is not mutual.
Brady has been a vocal supporter of Brown dating back to when the Patriots elected to sign him following his release from the Raiders. Their time together only lasted one game before Brown got into some more off-the-field craziness.
