Ryan Switzer said Saturday that he and wife’s nine-month-old son, Christian, is in the hospital after testing positive for COVID-19.

The 26-year-old spent 2020 on the Browns’ practice squad and signed a reserve/futures contract with the team in January.
The best season of his career came back in 2018 when he hauled in a career high with 36 receptions for 253 yards.
