Browns safety Ronnie Harrison Jr. was seen pushing a Chiefs coach in the throat after a brief scuffle on the sidelines.
He was ejected from the game.
The former Alabama defensive back came to the Browns in a Sept. 3 trade with the Jacksonville Jaguars just before the 2020 season. After starting 22 games in his first two NFL seasons with Jacksonville, Harrison joined the Browns for a fifth-round choice in the 2021 NFL Draft.
