DeAndre Hopkins remains a free agent after being cut by the Arizona Cardinals just over a week ago.

The Titans have some cap space, and Hopkins wants to get paid and the Titans might be able to accommodate him more than teams like the Buffalo Bills or the Kansas City Chiefs currently.
