The Denver Broncos defense didn’t put up much of a fight during their game today against the Los Angeles Rams, but it seemed like defensive end Randy Gregory wanted to make up for his team’s lack of fight during the postgame handshakes.
While Baker Mayfield was talking to CBS’s Tracey Wolfson following the L.A. Rams’ 51-14 win over Denver, the quarterback was rudely interrupted when a skirmish broke out behind him between Gregory and Rams guard Oday Aboushi.
The footage below shows exactly what happened, as Gregory got in the face of Aboushi while he was shaking hands with another member of the Broncos, before sucked punching the Rams lineman.
Aboushi then returns the favor, clocking Gregory with a right hook before the two were broken up by members of both teams.
The Broncos could have used more of that during the game, as they showed little heart while giving up five touchdowns to the Rams offense.

Of course, it didn’t help that they were often dealing with unfavorable field position thanks to Russell Wilson’s three interceptions. All around, it was an embarrassing showing for the Broncos, both during the game and after it.
