Earlier this week, the Denver Broncos traded star pass rusher Von Miller to the Los Angeles Rams in a shocking move that no one saw coming.
After the trade, a report from Pro Football Network stated that Miller became very upset with teammates after they allegedly refused to help pay for a lucrative Halloween party.
Per a Pro Football Network report, “Miller became upset when teammates declined to kick in for his annual Halloween party. It’s a massive affair with a six-figure price tag. This year, it featured Quavo from the hip-hop act Migos.
“Miller’s request for financial help came as a surprise to his teammates. They had assumed they were invited guests to the party, not co-hosts. Miller even wanted rookies to contribute several thousand dollars for an event that they had no role in planning.”
The initial report stated his teammates didn’t think they needed to help pay for an event they didn’t plan. It seemed like a rumor that had no truth to it until a player on the team confirmed it.
Tight end Noah Fant “essentially confirmed” the report.

“Noah Fant just essentially confirmed this report with us in the air,” said Denver radio host Zach Bye. “Said Von wanted to cancel the party because of losing streak. Other guys didn’t. Money became an issue between guys. Fant added he was sad that what should have stayed in house got out to the media. Wow…”
Miller is making $9.7 million this season and has earned close to $100 million over the course of his career.
What a terrible way for Miller to end his career in Denver, but at least he gets to battle for another Super Bowl with a contending team.
