Teams are preparing for training camp before the NFL season begins in just over a month. As the Chiefs adjust to dealing Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins and losing Tyrann Mathieu to free agency, this will be your first chance to see the new offense and defense.
This will be Mahomes’ sixth time going to training camp, and his wife has become accustomed to certain habits he has around this time.
“Look forward every year to the text from @PatrickMahomes asking for all our logins and passwords once he gets to camp,” she wrote on Twitter Friday, the first day of Chiefs training camp.
The Chiefs on Saturday begin a three-day camp for quarterbacks and rookies. Other veterans report Monday and full-squad training camp starts on Wednesday.

Last season, Mahomes threw for 4,839 yards, 37 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions.
Back in May, Patrick Mahomes and wife Brittany Mahomes announced they were having another baby. To announce the sex of the baby, Patrick and Brittany later sprayed blue paint out of squirt guns, confirming that they are expecting a son. In response to the news, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback then jumped in the pool.
Mahomes and Matthews got married in Hawaii in March.
