So much for the GOAT hanging up his cleats for good. It appears as though Tom Brady has at least one more season still in him…and maybe more.
According to a breaking report from ESPN’s Field Yates, Brady will be coming back for a 23rd season, just a little over a month after he had announced his retirement.
Many questioned whether Brady’s retirement would stick, as he seemed to go out rather quietly for the greatest player of all time. There were also rumors that Brady had felt rushed in his decision and hadn’t completely come to terms with his retirement.
And then, earlier today, footage surfaced of Brady making a peculiar face when Cristiano Ronaldo had asked him if he was done prior to a Manchester United match.

It appears as though all of the hint were really leading to something after all, as Brady has now made his return official. At the moment, he’s still a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It’ll be interesting to see if he becomes yet another one of the many quarterbacks who are on the move this offseason.
