For the first time in a long time, Roger Goodell is being praised for a decision he made.
On Thursday, the commissioner sent out a memo to all NFL teams to inform them that the 2020 NFL Draft will go on as scheduled on the dates of April 23-25.
Several NFL general mangers had been calling for the draft to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The NFL already had said the draft would be held without fans and would be held in a studio instead of in Las Vegas.
