Rob Gronkowski is back…sort of.
On Tuesday, the former New England Patriots was said to be hired as a regular for FOX NFL Sunday, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The future hall of famer has been rumored to be getting back to football and he finally makes his much-anticipated return, but to the booth.
Gronkowski announced his retirement on March 24 after taking some time following the season to mull his options.
During his career, the 29-year-old caught 521 passes for 7,861 yards receiving and 79 touchdowns for the Patriots over the course of nine seasons and 115 games.
