Hours later, it was confirmed that the Washington Redskins linebacker was done for the season after tearing his ACL.

Washington claimed Foster on waivers last season when he was cut by the 49ers after a domestic violence arrest, a case that was later dropped and the league chose not to suspend him.
He will remain under contract to Washington in 2020.
