It appears the Raiders days in Oakland may not be over as of yet.
The 2018 season was widely regarded as the final season the Raiders would play in front of the loyal fans in Oakland, especially after Oakland City Attorney Barbara J. Parker announced the city was filing a federal antitrust and breach of contract lawsuit against the Raiders and the NFL.
Things seemed to have smoothed over enough for the Raiders front office and the city, because now they are in negotiations to play in the Coliseum one last time.
It had been reported earlier this week that the Raiders had reached a deal to play at Oracle Park in San Francisco, but that died off when the 49ers were not expected to waive their territorial rights for San Francisco.
