On Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs QB and his fiancee made a post to announce their new babygirl had been born.
Sterling Skye Mahomes is the name.
A few months ago, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his fiancée Brittany Matthews announced that they were expecting their first child. This news came less than a month after Mahomes’ very public proposal to his longtime partner of eight years.
The birth announcement first came in September of 2020, with an Instagram post on Matthews’ account. Less than a month earlier, Mahomes had proposed to Matthews after his Super Bowl ring ceremony inside one of the suites at Arrowhead Stadium.
