We are now getting more information into the health of Deion Sanders and things took an insane turn after surgery.
The NFL hall of famer ended up losing two toes in his battle to recover from foot surgery, he announced in an emotional Instagram post.
Sanders revealed the big toe and the second toe on his left foot had to be surgically removed several weeks ago.
“They were first talking about the amputation of toes, then the amputation of my leg from knee down, and then they were trying to ensure that I had life,” Sanders said.
Doctors diagnosed Sanders with three femoral arterial blood clots. The blood clots were forming by his calf and ran through his leg.
