Earlier this week, the Jacksonville Jaguars made the decision to part ways with WR Marqise Lee by releasing him from the roster just a little over a year after he signed a 4-year, $38 million contract.
On Thursday, the New England patriots brought him aboard with a 1-year contract.
The 28-year-old suffered a season-ending injury in that same year and resulted in him being placed on injured reserve and would finish the 2019 season on injured reserve after a shoulder injury.
In just six games played, Lee caught three passes for 18 yards.
