BREAKING: Las Vegas Raiders Hiring Patriots OC Josh McDaniels As New Head Coach

Bill Belichick and Josh McDaniels are finally splitting up.

Adam Schefter reports that the Raiders are finalizing a deal to hire Patriots OC Josh McDaniels as their next head coach.

This news came just minutes after the Raiders were announced to have hired Patriots executive Dave Ziegler as their GM.

The 45-year-old McDaniels agreed to become the head coach of the Colts a few years ago, but would suddenly change his mind and head back to New England.

In 2021, the Patriots’ offense ranked No. 15 in total yards, No. 14 in passing yards, No. 8 in rushing yards, and No. 6 in total points.
