During his stellar season, Jackson threw for 3,127 yards, 36 touchdowns, six interceptions and ran for 1,206 yards (the most by a quarterback in a single season in NFL history) and seven touchdowns.
After leading the Ravens to a 14-2 record in the regular season, the Ravens held home field advantage throughout the playoffs until they ran into Derrick Henry and the Titans in the AFC Divisional round.
