On Thursday, the Alliance of American Football official Twitter account dropped the news that all players were free and able to sign with any team in the National Football League after the up-start league folded earlier this week.
It took about an hour before the Kansas City Chiefs decided to test the waters and sign the first player from the AAF when they announced the signing of Orlando Apollos cornerback Keith Reaser.
Keith Reaser is no stranger to the NFL as he was a fifth-round pick of the 49ers in 2014 and spent the last two seasons with the Chiefs. He was but was waived-injured during training camp.
Reaser had three interceptions for the Apollos.
