BREAKING: Jerry Richardson Statue Being Removed From Panthers Stadium (PICS)

Jerry Richardson will officially be no more in Carolina.

According to Joe Bruno of WSOC, the statue of the former owner is currently being removed from outside Bank of America Stadium.

Richardson sold the team after allegations of workplace sexual harassment and racially insensitive language toward a former scout were revealed.

David Tepper bought the team from Richardson in 2018 and stated he was contractually obligated to keep the statue on stadium grounds. Things have certainly changed in 2020.
