Tim Tebow wants back in the NFL.
On Draft day, it was reported that the former NFL QB wants to make a comeback, but as a tight end.
Adam Schefter confirms the news and adds that many believe a move to tight end would have extended Tebow’s NFL career had he made the transition earlier.
The 33-year-old has spent the past five years in the New York Mets minor league system.
During his 45 games played for the Broncos and Jets, Tebow threw for 2,422 yards, 17 touchdowns, and nine interceptions. He also rushed for 989 yards and 12 touchdowns over the course of three seasons.
