The Blake Bortles era in Jacksonville is finally over.
After the franchise played in the AFC Championship game in 2018, they took a major step back last season when they finished in dead last in the AFC South. A tremendous fall from grace in just under a year.
A lot of it had to do with the poor play of QB Blake Bortles who saw himself getting benched because of it.
This week saw the team sign Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles to a massive deal, which essentially put the final nail in the coffin for Bortles.
